1. Election of Officers

President: Ricky Bates

Vice President: Marty Abrahamsen

Secretary: Jacob Bates

Treasurer: Robert Rhodes

Director at Large: Roy Hummel

Director: David Crotts

Director : Kirk Beasley

Also Need two more directors.

2. Names of Potential Judges? Ricky Bates is contacting them and should have a list by next meeting.

3. Allow Waterfowl and Turkeys? Approved.

4. Have the Junior show a Single Show this year. Approved

5. Revise the constitution to divide the office of secretary/treasurer . Approved

6. Purchase more Cages? Not at this time.

7. Require one or Two Signatures on the checking account? Two signatures will be required.

8. Memberships will expire on the show date.

9. Set Show Awards

Overall Open Awards $50 Champ $25 Res. Class Awards Open & Junior $10 Best $5 Res. Junior Overall $25 Champ 10 Res.

1. Approve Judges: Sam Brush, Monty Fitzgerald, Steve Jones Approved.

2. Set Entry Fees. Tabled till the next meeting.
